INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:

• We maintain the pool at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) heat is available for $35/day or $225/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!

• Guests are welcome to use the grill during their stay. Please note that propane is not included or provided. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use, but we cannot guarantee the tank will be full. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

• Kid friendly! Complimentary children’s amenities; Pack N Play, stroller, highchair, and safety gate

• We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.

• Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

PARKING INFO AND RULES

For reference, the driveway is approximately 20 feet long and 9 feet wide. The garage entrance is approximately 7 feet 10 inches wide and 6 feet 7 inches high. Please compare these measurements with your vehicle’s dimensions before arrival.

• All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or garage.
• Street parking is not permitted.
• A maximum of two vehicles may be parked outside the home.
• Vehicles must fit completely within the driveway or an approved marked parking area.
• Parking on the grass, landscaping, sidewalk, or anywhere that blocks the road or pedestrian access is prohibited.
• Commercial vehicles, RVs, campers, trailers, boats, and similar vehicles may not be parked outside the home.
• We strongly recommend not bringing a van or oversized vehicle unless it fits within the driveway or garage.
• The HOA strictly enforces these rules. Vehicles parked in violation may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense, with or without notice.
